When you first hear the name of todays kent wedding venue "The Old Kent Barn" you can perhaps be forgiven for thinking that it wouldn't be as grand as it really is. The main ceremony and wedding reception building is beautifully restored. The team at the venue are very professional, friendly and organised. Oh and I got to work with my buddy Jack at JPVideo what a legend of a videographer!
Where?
Their wedding venue was The Old Kent Barn just outside of Canterbury. It's a beautiful exclusive wedding venue in Kent. Ample locations for nice wedding photos, open shade areas (perfect) and there's even a field over the road where we can grab a few golden hour portraits of just you two.
Who?
I'd actually met Charlotte & Nathan at a wedding I was photographing the year previously, when Charlotte was a bridesmaid. I must have made a great impression because they enquired about my wedding photography pretty quickly afterwards!
What?
The day nice and relaxed, popped in to see Charlotte & the girls getting ready, and some photo's of the chaps getting ready. Blessed with an outdoor ceremony, perfect for me being able to move around unnoticed, golden hour portraits in the evening was delightful.
