A Fun wedding during the summer in Margate

Nova & Joe - Summer Wedding Photography at the Sands Hotel Margate - Cinque Ports

Nova and Joes Margate wedding was superb to photograph. The Sands Hotel Margate was absolutely the perfect venue for their ceremony and sit down meal, followed by a huge party a short walk away over at the cinque ports.

The day started with the girls getting ready at the Sands Hotel Margate, and the guys warming up with a beer at the old town pub The Lighthouse. Looking rather dapper we just had to risk a photo of the guys in the road!

After the small ceremony with a sea view at sands, the happy couple got a lift up to the roof terrace....I ended up having to get the stairs to try and beat everyone waiting for the lift! I managed to get some great photos with the couple before everyone else showed up, then the candid photos flowed easily in the amazing summer sun.

After the meal at the Sands Hotel, the guests made their way to the Cinque Ports for the wedding reception, and Nova & Joe followed me to the old town, for some couples portraits.

We got some awesome unposed but kinda posed photos around the old town and the beach, before the couple made the short journey from the Sands Hotel to the Cinque Ports in their amazing wedding car.

After lots of dancing on the dance floor and a few drinks later to headed out onto Margate beach for sunset photos.

Margate is literally the most perfect Kent seaside town to get married in. It most def has the ibiza destination wedding vibe to it, without having to spend on the travel!!
